Ms. Stone was a lifeline for our family. She helped us advocate for our son with autism, making sure his needs were clearly communicated and supported in school. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care gave us the confidence and support we needed. We’re so thankful for her guidance and highly recommend her to any family navigating special education.

We are very grateful to Alison and everything she has done to help our son have the supports he needs at his school. Alison can do a thorough review of a current IEP, explain the implications, and suggest appropriate goals and accommodations. She is very knowledgeable and will come up with ideas parents may not have thought of yet. She will also attend meetings and be an extra person to listen to the nuances and explain the current laws and procedures. Without Alison, our son would not be doing as well as he is today. We cannot recommend her enough!

There aren't enough stars to express my deep gratitude to Stone Educational Advocacy & Consulting. The feeling of not being alone in navigating the education system with my child was immediate upon first consultation. Alison Stone helped me to understand the education system and truly became the "voice" my child needed. Working with her calmed the storm and allowed me to ensure, protect, and advocate educational needs and rights for my child.

Stone Educational Advocacy was instrumental in helping me find what is best for my son in the school setting, Without Alison, I would not have known all of my rights, nor would I have had the confidence to do what I needed to do. I highly highly recommend Stone Educational Advocacy and Consulting for your advocacy needs. For years, I thought I could handle the school and my son's needs, but Alison saw and knew things I didn't know. With her guidance I was able to get what I needed and never thought I could before. She is very thorough, professional, competent and extremely supportive. If you're on the fence about advocacy I highly recommend you hire someone, but hiring Stone Education is the best choice you will ever make in regards to support.

AMAZING! I am so grateful I found Stone Educational Advocacy and Consulting. Alison has been incredible in helping me advocate for my daughter's education! She is professional, organized, truly knows the regulations and workings in Special Education and has superb ideas. I get emotional on the subject so during meetings she has been a savior in making my voice not just heard but the school following through. Furthermore, she has helped me understand the process better in terms I can grasp and has been extremely patient and kind with my rambling. I wish I could come up with better words to say how fantastic she has been through all of this. I had spoken to two maybe three other places/people trying to find help and Alison is BAR NONE! (my mom and sister back in the Midwest being retired special education teachers... Alison I trust like I would my Mom and sis fighting for me and daughter and the same commitment, passion, time and effort I saw my mom and sis advocate for their students! You don't see that much anymore....

We are so grateful for Stone Educational Advocacy & Consulting. She guided us through a very challenging experience with Great Hearts Academy’s administration and our child’s 504 plan. Her professional expertise and deep understanding of school policies made all the difference.
Without her support, we wouldn’t have been able to navigate the process or achieve the results we did. She clearly explained our rights and options, information the school never provided, which empowered us to advocate effectively for our child and, ultimately, helped our child learn to advocate for themselves.
I highly recommend her to any family needing support with school accommodations or advocacy.

Alison guided me through every step of the process. I had never heard of a 504 before working with her and I feel much more educated. I was also felt very supported.
